BMW Bikes in Thailand

BMW bike dealerships in Thailand are few and far between. Bangkok and Phuket are the only two places for servicing and sales.

BMW bikes are arguable the most exclusive make of bike to own, second only to Ducati. The engineering and workmanship is considered first-rate and they are considered a cut-above the average bike.
Most mechanics in Thailand, unless trained and experienced in this make of bike, will struggle to work on BMW bikes.

The prices that they are available at tend to be high, especially for the big sports tourers. Parts are expensive as they have to be imported from Germany and unlike Japanese bikes there are no generic parts available locally.
