Soi Nimmanhaemin
One of the largest soi's running off Haew Gaew and Suthep road is this soi. This is what many believe to be the thriving part of the university quarter. There are all kinds of shops and cafes to relax and take a break in, a few fast food places have sprung up here. The general feel to the Nimmanhaemin is a place of opulence and chic attitude. Several nightclubs / kitchen disco's are on this strip and at night the place becomes a different scene from the daytime shoppers paradise.
