Wat Mongkon

Wat Monkhon is located on the west bank of the Ping River on Charoen Prathet Road.
The Temple is a moderately sized complex and consists of several structures including at least one chinese influenced one. Among its main feature is the Ping River that runs by it and is accessible via a jetty. Boat rides up and down the Ping River start in the morning and finish in the early evening. For the samsonite brigade in particular there is a dinner cruise that is laid on in the late evening.
