An tough, rugged adventure bike. Built in homage a similar bike that won the Paris-Dakhar in '87 It's popular up in the North of Thailand. The roving expats of the GT Rider crew consider this one of their flagship bikes and with good reason. It's got loads of storage for luggage and is comfortable for long-distance two-up riding. The cockpit displays are considered advanced with lcd screens and trip computers etc. The engines are good for many miles indeed. The seat hight makes it all but useless for thais and even the average height farang will stand on tip-toes at the traffic lights. The fuel pump is known to weld itself together after 10k - 20k miles, but mods available can fix this. The massive fuel tank gives good long range potential that is good for cross-country and touring nearby countries such as cambodia.
