Phitsanoluk City

Phitsanoluk is a large city in the center of Thailand. From here you can cross east towards Isaan, north towards Lampang and Chiang Mai, or South towards Bangkok. 

The city is quite cosmopolitan (for a non-capital city) and a mix of Isaan, Loation and Thai can be seen here.

Phitsanoluk is close to the edge of Isaan. It is in the central Thailand. The heat is a sharp contrast to the rain during the monsoon season. The temperature hits a peak in April. The wettest is normally September and the coldest is usually November.
