Triumph is a fairly recent new-comer to the bike scene dealerships in Thailand. Being British-owned there is a partnership with Thailand, the engines for some the bike models are made in the UK and shipped to Thailand. Some bike models like the Triumph Triple are made entirely in the UK though.

Triumph motorbikes in Thailand are assembled in the country. Despite this they are still subject to a 200% customs charge making them an exclusive and pricey bike to own.

The main factory is in Chonburi and it's considered one of the most professional and high-quality bike complexes in Thailand. If it wasn't for the unfair customs charges the Triumph model could easily take on the Kawasaki and Yamaha stranglehold on the big bike market. It seems though that the direction Triumph Thailand want to make is a luxury and lifestyle bike.
